Terms of Service

Last updated: November 1, 2026

Services and delivery

R&D WebCraft provides digital product design, web development, portals, workflow automation, consulting, and related services as agreed in a written proposal, statement of work, or other accepted project agreement. Delivery dates are estimates and depend on timely client feedback, approvals, content, access, and payment.

Project scope and changes

The accepted proposal defines deliverables, assumptions, milestones, and exclusions. Work outside that scope—including new features, integrations, significant content changes, or additional pages—may require a revised estimate, schedule, and written approval before work begins.

Revisions and approvals

Included revision rounds, review periods, and approval steps are specified in the project agreement. Feedback should be consolidated and supplied within the agreed review window. Additional revisions or changes after approval may be treated as out-of-scope work and quoted separately.

Fees and payment

Fees, payment milestones, taxes, and any recurring third-party charges are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. The client is responsible for timely payment and for fees charged by hosting, domain, software, or other third-party providers unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

Once all project fees due are paid, ownership of the final bespoke deliverables transfers to the client to the extent permitted by law and as described in the project agreement. R&D WebCraft retains ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable components, know-how, and third-party or open-source materials, which remain subject to their own licenses. Any portfolio use of client work will respect confidentiality commitments.

Client responsibilities and third parties

The client is responsible for the accuracy and rights clearance of supplied content, timely decisions, and securing any required permissions. Third-party services and platforms are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for changes, outages, or policies outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, R&D WebCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Any liability limits, warranties, or remedies agreed for a specific project are set out in its written agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
